It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy L. Siefke of Lisbon, Ohio, born in Salem, Ohio, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father-in-law Joseph G. Siefke; her grandparents, Bill Grafton, Eyler and Ruth Hinchliffe; and her aunt Mary Beth Gasaway.

She is survived by : her mother Debbie Hinchliffe; her husband Joseph E. "Joe" Siefke; her children, Taylor Siefke (Patrick Rovnak) and Trevor Siefke; her brother William Hinchliffe (Jodie); her sisters-in-law, Cathy Kress (Jeff) and Beth McGaffick (Randy); her nephews, Aaron Hinchliffe, Ashton Hinchliffe and Logan Kress; her niece Katie McGaffick (Kandi); her grandmother Doris Grafton; her mother-in-law Marian Siefke; her pet Lucy; her aunt Lona; and her uncle Duane Grafton. She is also survived by many other family members and countless friends.
