He is survived by: his wife Becky Parks; his sons, Dave (Rachael) and Michael Esterly (Danielle); his brother Paul Esterly (Linda); his grandchildren, Alex Esterly, Natalie Smith (Jason) and Levi Esterly (Ivy); and his great grandchild Grayson.
