She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Beth Butler (Ted) of Litchfield, OH; her sister Orvella Fry Adkins of Wayne, WV; her grandchildren, Chandra (Randy), Amber (Rob), Jacob, Jeffrey and Stephen; her great grandchildren, Gaige, Kai, Eris "Suzie", Raiden, Caiden, Emma, Ella, Giavonna, Cayson and Evelyn; her niece Helen Carter; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley and Trevin.
