He is survived by: his children, Matt Emerson (Sandra), Merritt Emerson, Tracy Johnson (Nils), Ginger Heberlein, Jill Emerson and Brin Charek (John); his grandsons, Luke and Cole Heberlein (Emma); his children, Kylie McElwain (Brad), Jake, Lainey, Justie Johnson, Olivia Stauffer (Braeden), Timothy, Daniel, Rachel Emerson, Maximus and Gunner Charek; and his brother Joel Emerson. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
