Fultz; her siblings, John, William, Henry, James, Paul (Mick), Ronald Fultz and Sandra Fultz Brown; her former husband Ralph Leonard Butterbaugh; her daughters, Shelby Woodard, Teresa Ferebee (John) and Melissa Yutzy (Wayne); her grandchildren, John Woodard (Sarah), Michael Woodard, Brandon Butterbaugh, Dillon Eppich (Flor), Tyler Eppich, Paul Ferebee and Mary Ferebee; her children, Ralph L. Butterbaugh Jr., Tara Cameron (Douglas) and Farrah Webb (Steve); and her close friend Helga Lee. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
