He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Edward and Pauline Bowe McLean (Keck); his wife Sharon Bowe (Bean); and his brother Robert McLean Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Deanna Muscari (Jeffrey) of Pickerington, Ohio, Gregory Bowe (Pamela) of Pickerington, Melissa Liston (Brian) of Little Hocking and Brian Bowe (Jennifer) of Cutler; his siblings, Edward Bowe (Dianne) and Waunita Kichen; his grandchildren, Lauren Johnson (Connor), Tyler Liston (Kylee), Audrey Gilliand (Brody), Alexander Bowe, Peyton Bowe, Kate Nichols (Noah), Emilia Bowe and Andrew Bowe; and his great grandchildren, Elliana Johnson, Rylee Liston, Rowan Johnson, Berklee Liston and Bodie Johnson.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church (5080 School House Rd, Little Hocking, OH 45742).
