He was predeceased by: his parents, James Holbert and Deloris Scritchfield Holbert; and his brother Alan Holbert. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Greenlees Holbert; his children, Kyle Holbert (Angela) of Belpre and Lacey Mitchem (Jered) of Little Hocking, Ohio; his grandchildren, Grady, Avery Mitchem and Miles Holbert; his sisters, Tennie Hunter, Angie Powell (Brent) and Julie Kuczko (Tom); his siblings-in-law, Debbie Holbert, John Greenlees (Pam) and Ron Pettengill; and his close friends, Rod, Bob and Dan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
