He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward and Stella Reinhart Mooney; his wives, Jo Ann Garriott Mooney and Joan Ricking Mooney; and his brothers, Tom and Jack Mooney.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Mooney Miller, Jeffrey Hadley Mooney (Susanna DeWitt) and Amy Jo Mooney; and his brother Earl R. Mooney (Ginny).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Glendale (155 E Fountain Ave, Glendale, OH 45246).
