She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Klopp and Helyen Tylicki; her husband Dick Arters; her former husband Ralph DeVore; and her son Robert DeVore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Queen (Harold) and Tina McLaughlin (Glenn); her grandsons, Joseph Tracey (Jill) of Buckeye, AZ, Brian Tracey (Kim) of Medina, OH and Daniel Tracey (Julia) of Midway, GA; and her stepsons, Richard (Ted), Michael and Christopher Arters. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
