He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond, Diana Lackey and Nellie McDowell; his stepfather Mark Longenecker; and his uncles, Harry McDowell and Billy McDowell.
He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Lackey (Donna) and Sharon Lackey (McDowell); his sisters, Stephanie Lackey and Angela Lackey; his nieces and nephews, Alexis Heidinger, Mikey Heidinger, Daniel Heidinger, Lillian Lackey, Owen White, Devon White, Destiny Lister and Trinity Lister; and his close friend Koda. He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews; and lots of friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murray Funeral Home (173 S Main St, Creston, OH 44217). A procession will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Cemetery (890 Weymouth Rd, Medina, OH 44256).
