He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ensign and Eldora Ensign (Miller). He is survived by: his sister Sharon Ensign; his nephew Mark Mays (Kristin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harper and Jett; his nephew Ryon Mays (Sarah); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Remi, Brynn and Vera.
