He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hawke and Esther Hawke (Frombaugh); his brother John; and his grandson Garrett Blake of Wadsworth, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Munson Hawke; his children, Beth Ann Parks (Ted) of Bay Village, Kelly Blake (Bob) of Wadsworth and Daniel Hawke (Vanessa) of Litchfield; his sister Janet Plato (Robert) of Litchfield; his grandchildren, Kyle Blake of Akron, Joseph Bennett (Courtney) of Wadsworth, Sean Parks of Bay Village and Hannah Hawke of Lorain; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Layla Blake, Harper and Emi Bennett. He is also survived by three nieces.
