He is survived by: his children, Michael Mlckovsky and Ann Marie Woyma (Mlckovsky); his sisters, Paulette Kanera (Mlckovsky) and Theresa "Tessie" Miller (Mlckovsky); and his grandchildren, Reagan Woyma and Kaylee Mlckovsky.
