She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Triplett; and her aunt Brenda Meek. She is survived by: her mother Candace Triplett (Meek); her husband Stephen Galayda; her children, Kaleigh Martin and Jerimiah Martin; her brothers, Matt Triplett (Melissa) and Ken Triplett (Kayla); her aunt Renee Terhorst (Brian); her niece Janae Clare Triplett; her nephew Zane William Triplett; her great-nephews, Ryan Terhorst (Shania) and Robert Terhorst (Katie); her close friend Patty Hindel; Cora June Terhorst and Addy Mae Terhorst. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
