He was predeceased by : his father Jerry Dusek; his grandson Henry; his brother Robert; and his nephew Troy. He is survived by : his mother Patricia Dusek (Browning) of Lodi; his children, Thomas (Megan Dusek), Sara (Keith Blankenship), Melissa (Grace) and Patrick Fluty of Wadsworth; his granddaughters, Evelyn, Kate Blankenship and Ruby Dusek; his siblings, Joe Dusek (Jamie) of Lodi, James Dusek (Betty) of Alabama and Vicki Howe of Florida; and his fiancée Becky Davis of Lodi.

Friends may call Friday, May 20th from 2-4 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston where services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tom would have appreciated instead of flowers, donations to Restore Addiction Recovery, 2650 Sanitarium Rd., Akron, OH 44312.
