He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Edward Phillips (Michelle) and Melissa Raynae Conger (Beaver); his son Brantley Edward Phillips; his grandparents, Norma, Dave Shaw of Logan, Pamela and Curtiss Phillips of Lancaster, Ohio; his sisters, Alexis Hart and Madelynn Jo Phillips; his stepsiblings, Dakota Garren, Cassidy Norris (Izach), Emma and Khloe Gordo; his uncle Rob Dildine (Jennifer); his aunts, Tracy Phillips (Milo Long) and Jaime Dildine; his stepuncles, Ernie and Mike Dixon; and his great-aunt Vickie Westwood. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (60 W Hunter St, Logan, OH 43138). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Austin may make a memorial donation to Roberts Funeral Home, 60 W. Hunter St., Logan, OH 43138 in order to assist with funeral expenses and benefit his son, Brantley.
