She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Davis and Pauline Davis (Stepp); her sisters, Ruth Davis, Sue Sluss, Judy Davis and Ruby Davis; and her siblings-in-law, Ron Dingess, Stanley Sluss and Calley Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Blake; her children, Marcy Frank (Charlie) of Zanesville and Paul Disbennet of Columbus; her grandchildren, Brett Arnold of St. Peters, Megan Frank of Zanesville and Hayley Frank (Michael Cruze) of Zanesville; and her siblings, Ronnie Davis, Betty Picard (Jerry) and Gail Dingess. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
