He is survived by: his girlfriend Rosemary Pittman of Logan; his daughter Amber Tilley (John) of Logan; his stepdaughters, Alicia Renner (Matthew) of Coshocton and Alyson Lafollette (Brandon Schrader) of Haydenville; his sisters, Lisa Cox (Richard) and Brenda McClelland; his sister-in-law Paula Chambers; and his pet Boo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
