He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jean Kelch (Humphrey); his son Christopher Kelch of California; his grandchildren, Rebekka Kelch, Emily Kelch and Samantha Kelch; and his brothers, Roy E. Kelch Jr. (Karen) of Logan and James Kelch (Sue) of Texas.
