He was predeceased by : his parents, John Robert and Kathryn Marie McGuire Sr. (Smith); his wife Judith Kay McGuire (Blankenship); and his grandchildren, John Martin and Alyssa Wood.
He is survived by : his children, John Nicholas "Nick" McGuire (Amy), Emily Ann Martin (Josh) and Lynnette Dawn Wood; his grandchildren, Connor, Abram, Joe, Lydia, Simon, Gabby Martin, Molly and Anna McGuire; and his aunt Betsy Lax.
