He is survived by : his daughters, Caroline Elizabeth Perry of Haydenville and Kristen Michelle Perry of Logan, Ohio; his brothers, Geoffrey Perry (Julie) of Logan and James Perry (Heather Starr) of Logan; and his former life partner Debi J. Perry of Logan.
