She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Howland and Dorothy Howland (Adkins); her husband Velmar Lee Rowe; her son Vernon Ray Rowe; and her siblings, Tony, Agnes and Janet.

She is survived by : her son Mark Ryan Rowe (Brenda) of Logan; and her grandchildren, Matthew Rowe and Clarissa Bates.
