He was predeceased by : his parents, William Sparks and Viola Sparks; his former life partner Donna Louise; and his wife Sharon Kay Elliott. He is survived by : his sister Millie Irwin; his children, Robert Elliott (Pattie), Thomas Elliott (Laura) and DeAnna Hoshor (John); and his grandchildren, Ruth Anne Thompson, Margaret S. Byers (Bobby), Russell J. Elliott, Jonathon Elliott (Angela), Joseph Elliott (Sommer), Tara Kuhn (Michael), Laura Adkins (Matt) and Kyle Hoshor. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
