He is survived by : his mother Janice Kraft Schmitter; his daughters, Emma Wright (Keith) of Albany and Karly White (Casey) of Rushsylvania, Ohio; his grandchildren, Owen and Eliza White; and his siblings, Cheryl Stilwell (Kelley), Mark Schmitter, Lisa Schmitter, Kurt Schmitter (Carla) and David Schmitter. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
