He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Ron Engle; and his close friend Mark Starner. He is survived by: his father B. Elbert Fitzpatrick (Hayman); his children, Brad Fitzpatrick (Amber) of York, SC and Brittany Metzler (Brian) of Logan; his grandchildren, Ashlynne, Noah, Cam Fitzpatrick, Taylor, Bentley, Jayson and Elliana Metzler; his sisters, Cathy Bitler (David) and Linda Fitzpatrick; his mother-in-law Beve Engle; his sister-in-law Rhonda Glenn (Bill); and his siblings' children, Rachel Lopez (Miguel) and Abe Starner.
