He is survived by: his children, Stephen Travis Jr. (Kari) of Medford, Matthew Travis (Stephanie) of Toledo, Ohio and Deneise Deanne Addison (Monte) of Logan, Ohio; his siblings, Paul Travis (Sharon) of Lancaster, Mark Travis (Linda) of Springhill, Florida and Pam Travis of Brooksville, Florida; and his brothers-in-law, John Green (Linda) of Logan, Harold Green (Carole) of Lincoln University, Barry Green (Brenda) of Logan and Kenny Guess of Logan, Ohio. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
