He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dale and Mary Phyllis Nye (Kilbarger). He is survived by: his siblings, William David Nye (Crystal) of Logan, Cathy Marie Nye of Boise and Jackie Sue Moore (Rick) of Logan; his uncle Ed Kilbarger (Ann) of Logan; and his aunt Rose Adair (Alan) of Courtland, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
