He was predeceased by: his father Lyle James; his father-in-law Danny Jeffers; and his grandparents, Mildred James, Delores Hawk, Rudolph Hawk and Francis Martin.
He is survived by: his mother Kathleen James-Wiblin (Martin) of Red House; his wife Staci James (Jeffers); his daughter Ashleigh James of Logan; his siblings, Trevor James of Liberty and Leah James of Buffalo; his grandfather Leonard James of Liberty; his mother-in-law Karen Jeffers of Martin; and his siblings-in-law, Kimberly Merrow (Ryan) of Martin, Ohio and Brian Jeffers of Martin, Ohio. He is also survived by niece and five nephews.
