He is survived by: his wife Pauleta Chapman Fuller; and his children, William A. Fuller (Jo), Richard P. Fuller (Bev), Brenda K. Rowe (Mark) and Rhonda S. Watkins (Ty). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
