He is survived by: his children, Tammy Shaw and Tony Shaw; his granddaughters, Megan Dement, Mandelyn Shaw and Ali Dart; his great grandchild Micah; his siblings, James Michael Shaw and Nancy Ballenger; his nephew Jimmy Shaw; his nieces, Michelle Warner and Christine Russell; and his close friend Doug Orr (Jeannette).
