He is survived by: his wife Karen Salyer (Braithwaite); his children, Madison Gerholdt (Tim), Matthew Truxall, Kaylie Martin, Ryan Martin (Natalie) and Ty Martin; his grandchildren, Bayleigh, Autumn, Rylie Truxall and Brayden Polizzi; his sister Judy Cavinee; and his brother-in-law Gary Lightfoot. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
