She was predeceased by : her parents, Newell Ford and Helen Ford (Smith); her husband Lowell Cook; her brother Gene Ford; and her granddaughter Aubrey Cook.
She is survived by : her sons, Kenneth Cook (Linda) of New London and Russell Cook (Barb) of Sandusky; her grandchildren, Steven Cook, Savannah Castillo (Derek), Dustin Leck and Anna Lieske (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Eloise Puder, Emarie Lieske and Addie Castillo.
