She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Jenkins and Gladys Jenkins (Cordle); her husband Charles Edwin Hayes; and her sisters, Durinda Jenkins and Karen Crum.
She is survived by : her sons, Daniel Jenkins (Mindy), Joseph Hayes and Jacob Hayes (Andrea); her siblings, Roy Jenkins (Linda), Greg Jenkins (Tammy) and Kathy Jenkins; and her grandchild Riley Hayes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
