She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Ohaver and Clara Dean Ohaver; her husband Gregory Lee Urban; and her sister Sue Ohaver Bowman. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Mae Urban Adkins (Shawn) and Heather Lynn Urban Field (Grady); her grandchildren, Cameron Adkins, Corey Brady and Ashley Teinert; her great grandchildren, Cooper and Elijah Brady; and her close friend Elmer Thomas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Skillman, McDonald & Vernon Funeral Home (257 W Main St, Mechanicsburg, OH 43044). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
