He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Mayer and Lydia Anna Mayer (Byler); and his sisters, Irene Slaubaugh, Gladys Fenner and Lucille Wenger.
He is survived by: his children, Conrad Mayer (Emily), Twila Weber (Phil) and Kevin Mayer (Wendy); his grandchildren, Ryan Mayer (Rebecca), Whitney Amangeldiev (Begench), Malarie Mayer, Skylar Mayer, Jonathan Weber (Katie), Amanda Miller (Brian), Andrew Weber (Brittany), Evan Mayer and Ellie Mayer; and his sibling Verda Mayer of San Antonio, TX.. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shiloh Mennonite Church (7521 Woods and W Ave, London, OH 43140). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
