He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Slutz of Chillicothe, Tony Slutz (Debbie) of Chillicothe, Ray Slutz of Columbus, Sue Neff (Dennis) of Chillicothe, Mary Embrey (Thomas) of Washington Courthouse, Patty Anderson (Tawn) of Pataskala, Chrissy Roach of Pataskala and Rose Jones (Mike) of Columbus; and his close friends, David Pennington of Chillicothe, Linda Sprouse of Richmond Dale, Jim Estep of Richmond Dale and Mike Young of McArthur. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
