He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Lee Oliver (Jeff); his grandchildren, Holly Margaret Scarberry (Nate) and Caleb Lee Oliver (Tessa); his great grandchildren, Silas Scarberry, Simon Scarberry and Cecilia "Ceci" Oliver; and his sister Shirley Aldridge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
