It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Neil Scott of Londonderry, Ohio, born in Vinton, Ohio, who passed away on June 14, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Scott and Mabel Scott (Ratcliff); and his siblings, Howard Junior, Jerry, Mike (Carol), Ralph and Betty.

He is survived by : his wife Cindy (Weir); his children, Mark (Tammy), Jay, Steve and Julie Cowan (Matt); his pet Roxy; his grandchildren, Nathan Scott (Stefanie), Bud Scott (Chelsea), Anna Kate Brown (Tom), Ashley Scott, Alexa and Avery Cowan; his great grandchildren, Owen, Emma Brown, Hunter and Peyton Scott; his siblings, Curt Scott (Nola), Harold Scott (Nola Kay), Ann Mollohan (Robert) and Margie Atwood; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Scott and Curt Hines. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
