Patsy Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Sayre and Myrtle Staffon Sayre; and her sisters, Rita Baxter and Betty Lou Sayre. She is survived by: her son Gary Osborne of Londonderry; her grandsons, Tyler Osborne of Ray and Jordan Osborne (Haley) of Londonderry; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Baylor and Macie; and her siblings, Danny Sayre, Tim Sayre (Sheila), Vicky Weese (Danny), Karen Copenhaver and Becky Blaney (James). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Ware's to help the family.
