He is survived by: his wife Carole Lee Frazier (Barnhart); his children, Wendy Kay Fout (Todd) and Paul Michael Frazier; his grandson Noah Matthew Fout; and his siblings, Richard Frazier (Linda), Keith Frazier (Debbie), Brenda Collins and Harvey Frazier (Jackie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous other special family members and friends.
