He was predeceased by: his mother Debbie Basim (Waters). He is survived by: his father George Basim (Charlotte); his wife Belinda Basim; his brothers, Ray Basim (Stacy) and Michael Waters (Laura); and his children, Leona Tanner, Milee and Frankie Tanner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
