He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Lucille Lee (Huber); his significant other Emma June; his daughter Carla June Forrest (Lee); his father Carl Lee; his in-laws, James and Jewel Olson; his sister JoAnn; his brother-in-law Packer; his sister Karen; and his siblings-in-law, John Wayne Lines, Jane and Dick Cassady.

He is survived by: his children, Carl Hall, Steve (Mimi), Rick Forrest, Jim (Keri), Darrell (Jenny), Jeff (KaLyn), Eric (Karen), Mark and Chandra Dike (Jason); his sister Nathel Martin (Tom); and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Whitnack, Judi Foster (Rick) and Jim Olson (Robin). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great-great child.
