She was predeceased by: her husband Alejandro Matos Reyes; her son Angel Matos; her parents, Secundino Rosa Vazquez and Cesaria Ramos Diaz; and her siblings, Pedro, Pablo, Juan, Saba Rosa, Merquiades Crespo and Sofia Santiago.
She is survived by: her children, Carlos Matos (Rosemary) of Lorain, Louie Matos (Angie) of Lorain, Victor Matos (Enit) of Lorain, Jaime Matos (Delena) of Cooper City, Benny Matos (Madalyn) of Amherst, Dan Matos (Darlene) of Lorain, Zoraida Garcia (Ramon) of Lorain, Carlita Herbst (Bob) of Avon and Maria Matos (late Angel); and her sister Petra Diaz of Puerto Rico. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers her family suggests contributions to the Sacred Heart Memorial Fund.
