She was predeceased by: her husband Walter F. Jachym; her parents, Andrew T. Stitak and Margaret Stitak; and her brothers, Jarrett Stitak and Andrew Alan "Andy" Stitak.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Jachym (Christina), Pam Jachym, Lisa Gasper (Allen), Mary Margaret Jachym, Melanie Lucas, Deidrie Sedivy (John) and Monica Smith (Douglas); and her grandchildren, Michelle Peterson, Melissa Wagoner, Nicole Cornwell, Mark Whalen, Daniel Lucas, John Lucas, John Sedivy, Leigha Sedivy, Douglas Smith, II, Andrew Smith, Veronica Mediavilla and Kimberly Boesken. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
