He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Champnoise and Marjorie Champnoise; and his brother John Champnoise. He is survived by: his wife Sue A. Perry; and his children, Harold Champnoise (Shanna), Matthew Champnoise, Kathryn Staifer (Chad), David Champnoise II (Nancy) and Jennifer Gendics (Brad). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
