She is survived by: her children, Michelle Ray of Lorain, Derrick "Peanut" Ray of Lorain and Charles "Shubby" Ray of Columbus, Ohio; her adoptive daughter Iris Shaw of Lorain; her siblings, Darlene Lighty of Lorain, Zelma Johnson of Cleveland, Kevin Miller (Mary) of Tuscaloosa and Butch Miller (Rose) of Springfield, Missouri; and her stepsiblings, David C. Burke, Earnest G. Burke of Lorain, Leon T. Mason of Colorado and Bridgett Burke of Colorado. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brown-Robinson Funeral Home & Celebration Center (6075 Middle Ridge Rd, Lorain, OH 44053). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
