She is survived by: her children, Brandi Hurn (Jason), Michael Lurz and Jimmy Lurz (Sarah); her grandchildren, Tyler (Sarah), Gwen (Dustin), Justus, Cordie, Jayden, Jordan, Elizabeth, Wes and Rosella; her great grandchildren, Oaklee and Cade; her sister Nancy Johnson; and her caregiver Shelly Pruchnicki.
