She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Hartwell and Effie Hartwell; her siblings, Lewis Hartwell, Elmer Hartwell, Thomas Hartwell, Melvin Hartwell, Albert Hartwell and Juanita Hartwell; her grandchildren, Michael Anthony Jackson and Elaine Buschur; and her son-in-law Jim Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer Phillips of Lorain; her sister Geneva Hedrick of Lorain; her children, Geneva Amspaugh (Todd) of Lorain, Tina Sanders of Lorain, Crystal Murray (Pastor DJ) of Lorain, Morissa St of Lorain, Marsha St of Lorain and Glenn Sanders (Nohemi) of Phoenix; and her grandchildren, Robert Walter Jackson III of Lorain, David St of Lorain, Croix "DJ" of Lorain, John St, Croix of North Olmsted, Brandon St, Ashley St of Lorain, Michael St of Lorain, Jessica Wright of Lorain and Shannon St of Lorain. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, along with 2 great great grandchildren.
