She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Stefan; her children, James Stefan, Michael Stefan (Lisa) and Linda Beiswenger (Eric); her grandchildren, Dr. Jared Tucker (Trisha), Katelyn Bandagski (AJ Worstell), Scott Stefan (Hannah), David Stefan (Lauren) and Adam Stefan (Kylie); and her siblings, Edward Cigahn and Elaine Brown. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
