It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fannie Mae Payne Tinsley of Lorain, Ohio, who passed away on November 12, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maggie Mae Payne Taylor and George Payne; and her siblings, George Marie Wrice, Rose Lee Mitchell, George "Tonk" Payne III, Aaron "Herman" Thomas, Ernest Lee Payne and John Henry Payne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kiana Lashelle Hicks and Thealita Renee Payne; and her siblings, Joe Payne (Gloria), Louis Payne (Audrey), Floyd Payne (Ruth), James Merchant and Renevia Payne. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many other loving relatives and friends.
